Windsettlers are very good, they do a chewable tablet and a capsule variety - I find the capsules better. Hope this helps.

Hi

Thanks Magpuss ,will try them and let u jnow

It is not uncommon for people to suffer from wind, sometimes on a scale that clears the room quickly.

Actimel and bio yoghurts can sometimes help.

Sometimes more air is swallowed because of the way we eat, the oxygen is then absorbed from water inside the body, and that leaves more nitrogen left in the digestive system. Sometimes trial and error for changes of diet might help.

Some history would be helpful................

What is your age?

What was your weight pre op and now?

Was your gallbladder removed during the Ivor Lewis?

Do you belch as well?

Good info.

Are your stools pale and orangey colored?

How often do you have diarrhea?

What other meds do you take?
