Oesophagul problem

I have a problem with dryness every time I breath my throat dries and this affects my oesophagus and lungs either then I feel something heavey on my throat from my nasal pipe and when I push it down my throat in downs slowly and causes me to choke

I use Vics sinex before I go to bed, when ever it gets to bad as it helps with the breathing and choking. I also have some peppermint oil drinks in boiling water every day.

Hey Caseu097 I myself have this same problem as I assume most people on this board do as well. My go to is Biotin - you can find it in the toothpaste/mouthwash section.

It IS pricey - but you don't need much. They also have a spray for your purse.

I think this may solve your problem.
