im not bad ta.ive just been putting sweetex pills in to lines of four on my wee table .ive been stressed but im calm again xx

Struggling with my intrusive thought OCD at the moment. Its causing me extreme anxiety : (

yes i no how u feel paul .i get very upset too when my intrusve thoughts are bad .mine differs from time to time and jump from eg i fkn hate u get out my house .to quite distressing upsetting ones .hope u ar ok xx
