Hello,

Self-help can be useful (not as good as real therapy) but a fantastic OCD book I would recommend is called Break Free from OCD, and is the best OCD self-help book I have read to date, this is a link to it: ocduk.org/break-free-from-ocd

I'm currently reading Pulling the trigger, OCD Panic attacks and related depression by Adam Shaw and Lauren Callaghan, half way through and I can't put it down!

Thanks so much Ashley. Actually my husband already taking medicines, sessions for the past six years but still panic attacks and depression is not going away.

Lot of violent thoughts, panic attack, anxiety, breathlessness, nervousness, depression, cry.
