FX-Silica Soothing Gel

Good morning everybody! Has anybody tried FX- Silica Soothing Gel for OA pain relief? It contains Glucosamine, Silica, Chondroitin & Blackcurrant. Saw a newspaper ad with amazing reviews. Expensive, but think it may be worth a try.

Have you read about the side effects? Have you tried Hemp Oil or any CBD rubs? Stay strong and blessed 🙏.

Lots of luck 🥴

Hi - thank you so much for that - just been reading side effects so decided to leave that alone.

Hi, Have you tried Voltarol Emulgel(Diclofenac Diethylammonium) ? I have it prescribed by my Doctor and it helped enormously when I had stress fractures in my feet, also use it two or three times a day for my hands and wrists, which are rather bad with OA. It also helps with my knees and back/hips but is not so effective there where I have more flesh on my bones so to speak! It helps keep the painkillers down to acceptable levels at the moment. You can buy it over the counter but it is rather pricy I find, so if your Doctor will prescribe it that could be of help to you. Good luck in your journey, stay safe, be happy.🌞🌞

Thank you so much for that. Yes, I get prescribed from the GP Voltarol Gel and Paracetamol. I find I am managing quite well at the moment. I am just three months on from when the severe OA was diagnosed in the right knee. Have to get my weight down a bit before I can even be placed on the waiting list for a knee replacement. But things are going well in that respect. Hope to be placed on waiting list around September this year.

We have all got extra weight to shift and it gets harder the older you get, every time I see the Practice Nurse she reminds me that I have ONLY a stone to still lose! She is very young and must live on lettuce leaves as she looks as skinny as I did when I was first married, 52 years ago so I take her advice with a pinch of salt now! My Doctor and the Osteoporosis Nurse both say I am ok but not to gain any more! Good look for the future. Lots of my friends have had knees and hips done now and all are happy they did.🌞❤🌞
