Patella arthritis

Hello. I’ve just joined this group today. I have O.A at the patella - femur joint. My main difficulty is going down stairs. I’m awaiting a joint injection and have a patella tracking brace to wear. Would love to hear from anyone else with patella-femoral arthritis ,as I’ve never met anyone else with it.
