I haven't used one. A quick Google search shows that like with anything, you should touch base with your doctor and get their opinion about the plate. The Mayo Clinic website has an article that says it can have some small benefit on muscle strength, but the jury's out with regard to if it's actually the same as walking, running, swimming, etc. (mayoclinic.org/healthy-life... There are a bunch of research articles at the end that you might want to pull up.

More concerning to me is the negative aspect of vibration plates. This article talks about the issues we've known about vibration for years - just ask anyone who's had to work with a pneumatic drill their entire life (academic.oup.com/ageing/art.... So will the benefits outweigh the potential positives? Again, I would definitely talk to your doctor about it. If you have access to a pool and can walk in it, or even walk against a current in the ocean, that seems like it would have better benefit and be safer.

Thx for your reply. As you explained I doubt if it’s that beneficial for me to use.

I don’t know about vibrating plate but I broke my ankle in Nov 18 and attended the ankle clinic and used a mini trampoline with no pain and subsequently bought one. I then had hip replacements in the April and July 19 due to osteoarthritis and have never looked back. I then used the trampoline to regain my fitness. There is no impact with a trampoline but make sure it has a safety handle though
