Hello i am Sylvi from the NRAS site,i just want to introduce myself. I have OA/RA and they are both in my spine according the the neuro surgeon i saw last Saturday. X-rays show i have severe degeneration all down my spine from top to bottom. It explains why my neck is so sore. I am seeing my gp this afternoon about what can be done to ease the pain. I have had RA now for sixteen years and i hae had Fibro for probally over six years now. So my body is pretty much screwed up. Never mind i will still keep on colouring my hair all different colours as well as my false nails. If i am going to be disabled i might as well look damn good at it.xxxxx

Hello Sylvi, Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear about your pain but I hope you receive some good news and a help from your GP. Its inspiring to hear that you keep up your style and flair despite all your pain/health issues!

Sad o say no,just keep mobile as much as i can and as i hae a bucket full of drugs she cab't give me any more.xx
