Happy Friday! This is our first walking Friday post and we just wanted to check in to see have you been able to walk this week. The first step is setting a goal then taking steps to achieve that goal. Try counting your steps each time and set higher goals the next time. Walking can improve pain and strengthen your bones and muscles. Start small by just walking to the mailbox and then next time try a walk around the block. Let us know your goals and steps you take.

Hello! I went to New York City over the weekend and went way over my goals for steps for the week. Comfortable shoes ensured that I was able to keep up with walking all day. How is everyone else's walking going?
