Hi I'm Paul, OH and 2 kids, OA since my late 20s following a Cricket injury at 17. Several operations, very little respite from knee pain. Active job.
Hi! I am Betty and live in Ontario. I have just be diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my lower spine and hips. I have been experiencing much stiffness for about 1 year. I have just started going to a Physiotherapist. I have been trying to follow the exercise program that he suggest. But on some days I feel too stiff and achy to exercise and just try to keep active with regular housework etc. and a little walking. My GP suggests taking Advil or Tylenol, I try not to take pain meds unless I am very uncomfortable. I am enjoying following along on HealthUnlocked and learning all that I can on how to best cope with OA.
