Sorry can't help you. I am due to start Humira soon. What kind of reaction did you have??

I've been on Humira for nearly a year. I have VERY ITCHY skin from it, but it is worth

it because the R.A. has improved so much!

I found this treatment to be excellent at controlling RA and was so annoyed when told to stop. The reaction i had was an allergic one in which my whole body was covered in the most irritant bright red rash it was sooooooo itchy .

Hi Danny,

I had a wonderful reaction to Enbrel, it is my favourite anti-tnf, and really easy to administer, giving one the freedom to inject at home, once a week. Unfortunately, I got an infection in a hip replacement, while I was on it, so no more Enbrel for me??.

Very good luck with Enbrel, hope it's good for you.

Hi

I also had a skin reaction to humira and was taken off it straight away. They put me on Enbrel/Etanercept and it was a miracle medication for me. I went for years not even thinking I had RA. I had to come off it due to trying to conceive but it really did wonders for me and I'm flaring without it so I really hope it works as well for you. Good luck!!

I started Enbrel last November. Felt the benefit the next day. I am now in clinical remission, last DAS score 2.1 (it was 7.2 at my first assessment). I now no longer need to take any pain relief at all. I have renamed Enbrel......It's now called..... The Magic Potion.

Hope you have the same result as me, Good Luck!!
