Yes and if u r on steroids it's very important u see your GP ASAP as they can cause severe reactions. Really worth a check up or contact the Rheumies ASAP. Love Axx

hi i used to have really weird like live dreams like people talking to me etc,my dr increased my antidepressant but i knew something was still wrong,at the time i was taking dihydrocodine for pain my dr increased that to and the dreams became worse,it hurt but i cut these out right away now no bad dreams but still sadly in pain good luck xx

Anti depressants caused very vivid dreams for me in the past. They've stopped now I'm not on them.

AntiDs, Steroids such as prednisolone And pain killers (Tramadol) will all do this.

It gets really bad if your on all of the, as I am... Everyones different, but I try not to take all at once by spreading the time I take them which is easier said than done.

Hope you find a routine that works... If i wake at stupid o'clock and cant get off again due to dreams i listen to radio 4xtra (DAB) radio plays.

All the best and Happy New Year.

Hi, Allanah says to see your GP and I'm sure she's right. If your dreams are messing your head up then you need to check whether your meds are to blame & hopefully get it sorted. However, if your doc says not to worry (if, because you should check it out) then that might be because dreams can be a good sign, I think. Dreaming at all can be a sign of healthy, deep sleep. Lets hope you can find a way to avoid the disturbing dreams but keep some nicer ones.
