Hi. This happened to me a couple of years ago but in Spanish. Go into Account Settings in the Menu (on the right-hand side of this page), scroll down to the bottom where it says Language, English, Spanish or Portuguese and just change it to English.
Yes..this does happen…contact support@ health unlocked.com ….they will sort it for you.
