Long covid and RA flare up

I've just been told I have long covid which appears to have aggravated the RA and now having cross over symptoms of both. Fatigue is usually part of a flare up for me but breathlessness, headaches and palpitations are new so are definitely long covid. Has anyone had similar and got any advice how to deal with it.

Your post has got me thinking now. I had covid back in March , combined with the jabs I've never felt 100% since and my RA, which has been in remission for years, is not as well controlled as it used to be .I too have had breathlessness and palpitations at times, but put it down to my AFib and Summer allergies .I too have been very fatigued . I haven't been told its definitely long covid.

Ditto had Covid for first time , followed by a flare up. Had the full steroid injection and great for six weeks. The injection wore off and now back on strong naproxen. Hands and knees very swollen 3 months ongoing
