Could this be RA?

Hello everyone. I'm a little confused by some recent symptoms and wondered if could be RA. For the last week one hand very tender. For 3 days now both hands and feet are sore, mainly moving after being inactive but not limited to this. Some pain when not moving. Particularly around thumb and little finger joints. Also a tingly itch which isn't limited to hands and feet but more concentrated in these , and a loss of appetite which is very unusual for me. No swelling or redness that can see though.

Highly unlikely to be relevant but I became anxious about my liver a couple of ago after starting with palmar erythema and pain in upper right abdomen especially when bending. However was told (to my relief) this was muscular after bloods,ultrasound and MRI were all clear. I still get the abdo pain.

I'm a 35 year old female,obese with a BMI of 31.

Welcome to the forum. Probably best to make an appointment with your GP soon and raise your concerns.

The only way you will find out for sure is to get your GP to get some blood tests done.RA presents in all sorts of different ways… so make an appointment with your GP to find out if you need a rheumatology referral.
