I recently tested positive for covid, I had the Antivirals and didn't get too poorly, but I have a partner who works at a preschool, daughter at high school and another at Uni, where its all rife at the moment? If I catch again and I'm not being greedy, am I eligible for more Antivirals or is it a one time offer?
Not heard anything?

Sorry to hear you got it but thank goodness you had the antivirals. Let's hope you will have built up some immunity, at least to Omicron so won't get it again just yet. 🤞
I think you may well be asking a question to which none of us have an answer, yet!
I had covid three weeks ago. I had the emergency PCR kit at home which I used and came back positive and got the infusion at the hospital. Two days later I received a new emergency PCR kit in the post, so I'm guessing that means I'm still eligible for antivirals should I catch it again. Reinfection is very clearly happening (this was my second round, I also had it last October), so it would not make any sense to make it a one off.
How did you get antivirals? Have sent off emergency PCR but not got result yet. Have spent hours today trying to get antivirals. Just get the run around!
Sorry for late response, if you test positive on lft you can now ring 119 or 111 as it's quicker, that's What I was advised, a doctor assesses you over the phone and if your eligible! 😊
Have spent over 1 1/2 hours on phone mainly to 111 on Saturday while feeling ill. Latest is that doctor has sent email to Warwick hospital which they may read today. Evidently Warwick does not deal with antivirals at weekends! All seems terribly unfair. I am eligible. I have given up trying.
Luckily I am doing uk. Husband now has it. Was very upset at lack of support. I am lucky as in remission. NHS pays for biologic that is brilliant and other drugs. Everything else seems to be up to me in normal conditions so why was I surprised
