Yes, I have!! Years of jaw clenching and now the RA..I developed tinnitus because of it too and my jaw joint will slip out too

I do find chewing gum helps my jaw from licking and keeps it mobile!

I've had it for years also tinnitus - it's mostly on my left side but can affect the right. A couple of years ago I went to a chiropractor who sorted my jaw out good and proper - I had no clicking and no grisling etc afterwards. She just put a glove on and adjusted the roof of my mouth and both sides of my jaw (inside my mouth) and it was all gone. That changed when I saw a cranial osteopath in late February this year and she adjusted my jaw (don't know why) and it all came back again. I am waiting for all the C19 to be over and I will then go back to a chiropractor and get it done again, unfortunately the chiro who did it initially has moved away.

Yes, I have it too.

Initially it was under control, but I started using Invisalign (clear plastic trays to straighten my teeth), and it has started up again. I cant even sleep on my left side anymore because otherwise I'll wake up with it out of place and so much pain, that it takes hours for me to coax in back to where it belongs. It's quite ridiculous. I was doing fine until I got these trays for my teeth and I cannot see my dentist because of covid 19.

But I should also mention, my onset of RA was very intense and I remember my jaw, both sides hurting really bad, it wasn't TMJ, but the RA was there too and making me miserable.

Sometimes dentists can help, and sometimes chiros, as mentioned below. I dont know what I am going to do in the meantime.
