Hi all have had rd for some many years but realised I have never been told whether I am seronegative or seropositive. In fact I didn't know it excisted until reading other people's posts. Does it make any difference to meds or flares?

For most of us, not a jot.
Neither did I now it existed until joining this forum about 5 years ago. All I knew was that my diagnostic blood test 17 years ago was positive for RA so suppose I must be seropositive.
I am Seronegative around 7 years now. I have read that seropositive usually results in more severe R.A. though I have never succeeded in going into remission. The meds are the same. I take 25 mg methotrexate and 2 mg baricitinib
