Therapeutic laser technology

Hi all and hope you’re getting ready for a lovely sunny Easter!

I’ve been reading about the above which uses wavelengths of light to stimulate the body’s healing cells. By no means a cure but to purely aid pain relief along with usual meds. Has anyone else tried this and if so, is it worth the money?

Yes, my previous physio was very keen on it. Cynical me decided that it meant he didn't have to do much - just press a button. Did it work? I don't really know as that series of physio sessions didn't do a massive amount - it helped a bit but that's all. However my current physio who is hands on is completely brilliant and makes a massive difference!

Hi I tried red light therapy and loved it . Gave me a feeling of well being for hours . I used to use a Novothor but couldn’t afford it any longer ,

Now gonna purchase whole body red light . Lots of scientific research that they help give cells energy

Definitely worth it. Lots of studies on its effect. Have one at home, use it every day. Gives you energy and helps with pain. Be sure to do your research first if you plan to get one. Here is some info.
