Aches and pains

Hi I have really achy arms and it feels like I've done a arm workout they feel heavy and sore and also my shoulders hurt and back of neck !! Any ideas ? Had a really good weekend pain wise and actually thought ooh I feel like my old self then this x

Did you feel better and then perhaps do a bit more than usual? I know I do this all the time and never learn that if I feel better and then do too much I will feel stiff aching and tired out afterwards.

That what my RA feels like when my meds aren't working and the disease is active.

Oh no I've just started taking hydroxy as sulfa stopped working

I'm on MTX tablets 15mgs, just started sulfasalazine, and using prednizone to stop the pain until these others kick in. I don't have any experience with hydroxy so don't know what that does. What an ordeal trying to work out meds for RA. 😮 hope you get some relief soon. The pain is so debilitating and discouraging. Hang in 😬😧
