Hi Annie. Yes I do, everyday at some stage, short sharp pains. I need 2 knee replacements. I have only been aware of any inflammation problems since May and was officially diagnosed in July. My knees are always swollen. I Take arava and prednisone. Don’t know what the pains are. How about you.
