I think some of us don't feel like we've had the best treatment from our rheumatology teams. Or maybe we think they're great. Either way, I have found a site that gives the chance to give feedback that the hospital will actually see and act on. It also gives you the chance to see who is doing well and consider other options. I don't like those TripAdvisor-style sites that are just for anonymous rants to no one in particular. This looks like a good way of publicly flagging up areas where your department might improve, or letting people know that your hospital is good.

Thanks! Just looked up my hospital. No stories as yet. I will write something when I've sorted out my thoughts.
You can also use the feedback service on NHS choices site to comment directly to your hospital. This is the link for the hospital I used to be at when in U.K.

It seems to be recognised by the hospital and replied to.
I have used the PALS service when I have had a specific issue. They were excellent and really helped by talking to the relevant departments and progressing my problem.
