Freezing cold, night sweats, icy ants crawling all over me.

Not every night but often, I get these swimming pool night sweats. Me soaked, bed soaked, it wakes me up, and I have to wrap up in a blanked and try to sleep in a chair.

I do not feel hot or even warm, rather freezing cold all the time.

Pins and needles (icy ants) constantly.

I recently mentioned all of this to my Rheumy but it did not result in any useful advice, perhaps the "don't you look well" problem again.

A search here shows that it is quite common, I am 59. Does anyone have any advice?

Sounds a bit like thyroid problem? Have you had it checked recently?
