We were here in the highlands a month ago and now spring is starting up rather slowly. Lots more birds on our feeders how do I rotate images?!

You should have done it when you first uploaded the photos darling.xxx

Try edit then go to photo or rotate before you down load then upload

It may be the wrong way round, and therefore only half there, but what a ravishing image. The palette is really beautiful. Nature never gets it wrong! Perhaps you could rotate it at source -ie on your camera or iPad? I can't wait to seethe other half, even if I have to stand on my head. J x

Ok I'll try again in a bit. There are beautiful colours wherever you look, my partner has just come back with some lovely pics of the mountain behind our house. And to reassure anyone who thinks I'm off message, it's all about downtime before second knee op. Therapy!

Just a quick hello Cathie. I just love trees and you look like you have a few around you. What is the tree in the foto, is it an ash? Beautiful bark on them. Spring is starting to make an appearance here in Ireland too. My Clamitis Montana is sprouting tiny leaves and I think it could sprout its multitude of pink flowers in the next fortnight or so......it just covers everything and is sooooo beautiful.

I have to get a fella in to do the garden for me these days but sure that's just the way it is. He does a fine job and when I can I try to dabble at bits of it, pulling the odd weed, when the auld hands are up to it. I suppose I get the best job of all by just sitting and enjoying all the hard work Liam puts into it.

I hope your well Cathie, take care darlin, Jean> XX

It's a silver birch there are loads here down the steep sides of the burn. They help me to keep my mind off a lot of inflammatory pain as mybiologic is delayed til my knee op in early April. I want to encourage wild flowers to grow but can't do much til more mobile. Survival strategies!

Another lovely pic, love the changing seasons this time of year with everything waking up. Jo's right nature never gets it wrong. If you're tempted to do some weeding once you're fit wait until they have flowered. I had quite a few weeds in the garden I chose to keep & just controlled them so they didn't go mad & spread everywhere. One in particular was a beautiful purple flower which looked like lavender from a distance. x :)
