Hi - I've had bad head last few weeks, on and off - too scared to take over counter meds to try and sort it.

Hope you get some useful support.

My only advice is to drink lots and lots of water, esp. If you are on MTX.

I would suggest that you talk to your GP to get some advice and, failing that, speak to the pharmacist to get some help.

I feel for you windy123. I was having continuously bad headaches in the UK of migraine & they get you down. Seems they were cervicogenic headaches caused by pre existing cervical spondylosis & now on regular meds which has eased them. Please don't put up with them, go & see your GP hopefully he/she will be able to help you.
