It's not very clear what your question is, but there are plenty of people on the site who are not in the Uk. Seems to me that whatever your question or problem, then somebody will always have some advice or support. X

Hi Khegazy, I can't answer your question I'm afraid but maybe you could ring the number on the poster to find out if you can attend? I do have to say it looks like a great event and one that most people suffering with an auto-immune condition would like to be part of to find out more about our condition, treatments etc! :). Saudia Arabia may be a bit far to travel though!! :). Good luck in finding out and Best wishes to you too.
