Endosisters out there,

This may sound silly but stress is one of our major triggers for an endo flare. One of the ways to stay mindful and not allow your stress levels go up is to practise deep breathing.

Every day, for about 5 minutes, wherever you are, just close your eyes, and breathe deeply from inside your stomach. Take a deep breath in for a few seconds, and breathe out fully. This allows the air to massage your internal organs, and to help release your pelvic floor; which is probably clenching and tight from all of the pain.

Dont forget to do this as often as you remember, and at least once a day.

Sending you all love and light this beautiful Monday morning!
