Dealing with endometriosis requires making sure that you are eating the right foods. Instead of being overwhelmed with everything you need to cut out, think instead about crowding out the bad food with the good.
1. Replace dairy with nut milk like coconut milk, coconut yoghurt, almond milk etc.
2. Replace alcohol with kombucha.
3. Replace processed foods and snacks with homemade healthy snacks like Oat balls, apple and nut butter,celery and hummus, nuts, fruits.
4. Replace red meat with wild salmon and grass fed chicken.
5. Replace Pasta with zucchini noodles.
6. Change the proportions on your plate to be 50% vegetables, 25% protein, 25% fats and carbs.
