If you have a lot of digestive issues in addition to endometriosis, I suggest that you make an appointment with your GP and and ask to see a Gastro Enterologist. I found out I had gastritis and this was probably caused by the H Pylori bacteria which was diagnosed.
You can request a Hydrogen Breath test which is a great non-invasive first step to check if you have H Pylori bacteria in your stomach. These can cause ulcers, gastritis and if left untreated for a very long time, may go on to cause stomach cancers.
