My oncologist is suggesting Revlamid and Rituxan for my relapsed Folicular B Cell NHL.
Has anyone else used this combination? I’ve already has CVP+R (twice), Trenda+R and R-CHOP.

Hello, I have MCL (diagnosed 8/17) and was on wait/watch until June, 2018. First treatment was Revlimid and 4 doses of Retuxan. After 2 doses of Retuxan I became allergic and ended up in the hospital. Recovered and went back to w/w until 12/18. Now only taking Ibrutinib with no side effects so far. Going for blood work 2/6 to see how it is working. Good luck on your treatment-we all react differently.
I had a bad allergic reaction to Rituxan also. My oncologist found the solution was pre meds and a lower dose with a longer infusion time.
Hi Jean: I have been taking Revlimid for a little over a year following relapse of B Cell Lymphoma. Relapse was controlled with Bendamustine and Rituximab. Started Revlimid at 25mg. 21 days stop 7. 25mg dose was causing intolerance fatigue for me and we slowly worked dose down to 10mg. Tolerating it very well now. Good luck and keep your spirits up!
