Exercise and Cancer Survivorship

This is a blog post from the American Institute for Cancer Research on exercise and lowering the risk of recurrence. It mentions some cancers but not the lymphomas. However, anthing that we can do for ourselves , provided it's done within our individual capabilities - has to have benefits for physical and mental wellbeing:

I try to excercise a lot. Walking, step machine, badminton. Definetly helps make you feel good. I dont have tiredness or anything yet regarding the lymphoma.
