Remaining calm and keeping our stress levels manageable is very important for our immunity when we suffer from a chronic illness like NHL. Here is a link to a thought provoking article about limiting our news watching.

Has anyone tried this and if so , did you find it useful?

Since the US 2016 election we have stopped watching news on TV. Unfortunately we still get a daily newspaper AND news via the web.

I agree with wmay13241 that since the election, news sources provide mostly stress and consternation. It was truly affecting my health. I have to carefully monitor what I watch and how much😥
