Are there any support groups in the Austin, Texas area for pediatric CKD patients and families?

Hi I’m not sure if there is one , you can ask the social worker in your transplant team . And the social worker can give you a list of support groups . Also they may can ask one of the parents who child have CKD if they don’t mind giving you insight or answer any questions that you may want to know from a parents perspective. That’s what I did when my son was first diagnosed with CKD , we live in Virginia and there was no support group for parent with younger kids with CKD . I hope you can find one because it is definitely help.
