Hi, I am in my begin stage of learning about ckd. I have lee hull's book and bought some Acacia gum powder, it a powder mixed with 8 oz of water in a blender every day. This is my 1st week getting used to it so I started with 1 tea spoon per 8 oz. I do not argue with people and I am polite.
