Hi, My name is Jojo...short for Josephine. I'm new and would just like some help.

I want to stay off dyalises for as long as possible. Just been told that it might be sooner rather than later.

I was diagnosed with Kidney disease about three years ago, then 18months ago when in hospital with a hip fracture was con-fronted by a doctor who told me i had CKD...stage 5. I've been working on it since.

Recently my gfr came down and now they talking about dyalis

es..

I really like support in relation to alternative..(maybe herbs) that will help. evade this prospect at the minute.

Thanks jo.
