Most seeds are safe for CKD and provide a variety of benefits including: Safe protein source due to low acidity.

Has antiinflammatory effects which is a driving force in CKD progression.

Have been clinically observed to lower cholesterol.

Supports a healthy gut which has a strong correlation with kidney health.

Seeds are great but always good to check with your doctor or dietician.

I eat seeds just about everyday.
