help pls

[Rolo-polo]

I keep getting painful bursts of urine (end of stream not sting uti) been happening on and off since last year. Every time I go on google it comes up with kidney related items. This is my last test from feb. I don’t really know what it all means but I assumed normal but yet can’t figure out what this painful reoccurrence is.. it’s same symptoms each time xx
