I think it when it comes to private providers the danger is that some obligations will be missed out of contracts, and therefore there is no legal recourse to insist they are delivered. Often a private provider may not want to deliver more than it is contractually committed to, as this will reduce its profits. One example is, are CCGs going to make sure responsibilities around tackling child sexual exploitation are written into the contracts of ALL service providers?

Good point. I think it is important that all new NHS organisations and bodies ensure to look at all the issue in their communities even the ones that are not high on the agenda. More important to look at work that has been carried out in the past and no to dismiss expertise just because they want to start a fresh or please current political agendas.
