Using your microphone when you can’t use your hand

Hey everyone I hope everybody in the group is doing good today hope you’re being watched over and prayers are being said for all. I went to my aquasize yesterday and it was awesome feels good to be in the water. Today I’m really worn out which I expected and I did not expect to have a flareup of my neuropathy again in my right hand is burning so bad and I can’t use it right now and it hurts and the pain is working its way up my arm and it burns so I’m keeping my mind on positive things today!
