Medical aquasize and the benefits

Hello everybody good morning God bless! Well I started my aquasize yesterday my medical supervisor aquasize and my instructor was Fantasticks my classmates were awesome and the class was awesome I was feeling a little bit of pain but no pain no gain and just knowing I was doing something good for my body made me feel good mentally and physically yes I was very sore last night and today I’m not moving around too much but I feel very mentally happy and I can’t wait for the next class and I am I’d recommend it to everybody because they start you off at where you can start at your level nobody is there to judge everybody treat each other equal very supportive we’re all a team one team there and I really enjoy the atmosphere of the music the teamwork the Strength that we all saw on one another and supported each other with that and it felt so good to be in is the water and swimming and you doing these exercises that I know are going to help my body even if it’s painful just remember to breathe through my deep breathing exercises and it went really well and I could hardly move afterwards but and I was pretty sore last night I was crying in pain but I but I’m in pain anyway so what’s the difference if I’m a pain at home or at aquasize I say!
