It’s been a good day so far until I went to do dishes I was sitting on the stool and setting up the coffee for the morning for my husband and I and cleaning the kitchen sitting on the stool in the stool went off the rug and out from under me and I flew into the pantry metal stand hit the back of my neck hurt my shoulder hurt my back and hurt my hip that I just got Cortizone in certain 40s ago and I cried and at the same time my pain doctor was phoning me I was on the floor so I finally got up and we’re in a lot of pain took me a bit, but I did it and I’m sitting in my recliner. I spoke to my pain doctor’s nurse who called me regarding something else and told them I fell and if I’m worse in the morning or show any symptoms of head injury or anything like that I will go directly to the hospital. I pray that I did not waste my time getting a Cortizone shot after I felt the way I did today because my app I am in agony but I am listening to music keeping my spirits up and praying to God that I didn’t do a lot of damage and hopefully just the jarred everything many blessings go out to all of you today please be careful around your house because it could just happen in a second and you don’t even see it coming and just be careful. God bless all of you and may he protect you always today and always hugs 🤗 and prayers your way amen 🙏

Ohhhh sweet franklin I’m sooo sorry about your accident and the injuries you’re suffering from. I was starting a reply to you when my brother rang and I had to take the call. I feel sooo badly for you about all that resulted from your fall. Cortisone shots are usually good for 3 months. Hopefully there’s still time for it to work on this latest boo boo too.

You were doing so good sweetie. Don’t let this discourage you dear. I have had many such set backs during my recovery time. I was going for 2 years of Prolotheraphy very painful injections to heal countless tears in my rotator cuff. I’d have to be off all my meds for 2 weeks prior to shots then one week after so the shots would work. There were times I’d fall and be injured that I had to take pain meds to rid my severe migraines which made my prolo shots useless. But I repeated the process every six weeks for 2 years and didn’t give up.

You hang in there sweetie and as soon as these aches and pains are passed continue your treatment/recovery process.

Gentle gentle hugs kisses love and prayers sweetie. Get better soon Hun.

Love you EJ. 🤗♥️🥰🙏👼🕊

Aww! Really hope you are feeling better my love. I do not think it harmed the cortisone injection but it may be a good idea to go to your Practice nurse to give you a check over. It is an awful shock for you when you have a fall so take it easy today and just rest. Take care and big hugs xxxxx

So sorry to hear about your day. Hope you are feeling a little better now. I feel we have to be extra careful because our coordination doesn’t seem very good somehow. However, on a day to day basis we just get on with things and don’t take extra care!

Hope all works out for you ok. Gentle hugs x
