I joined Health Unlocked because I'm struggling physically and mentally, increasing pain and immobility from Degenerative Disc Disease, Scoliosis, Spondylolisthesis, Neuropathy. However there doesn't seem to be much happening or any real help on here. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place? It's very confusing 😔
