Good morning all, I had a MRI done in July and I've only just got my results.

However I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on them please : There is a straightening of the Lumbar curvature.

There are dehydrated L4-5 and L5-L5-S1 discs and discs in the lower thoracic spine.

At L4-5 level there is a mild broad based bulging of the disc. Early hypertrophy of the facet joints.

At L5-S1 level there is mild interval progression of the broad based bulging of the disc with known deformity of the posterior arch. More prominent Modic type 1 changes. The disc is minimally narrowing the left neural foramen with probable irritation to the left L5 nerve root.

Further evaluation with a MRI lumbar spine including the T1 in and out of phase if clinically suspected bony metastases.
