Yes. I have been hospitalized 4 times for hyponatremia.

To most people they don’t understand that I can’t manage my sodium but I struggle with it daily. In addition to encephalitis I have Myelofibrosis.

I don't know exactly what that is, but I have Pontine Myelosis which is apparently from a sudden increase in Sodium/salt levels. It feels a bit like what Parkinson's would be like- I can't balance with my eyes shut. I'm not trembling but my motor coordination is really poor.

Oh, I have read about that. I don't have that, my injury cane from the brain swelling due to electrolyte imbalance. I think it's rare because I haven't come across anyone else with the same thing in four years
