6 weeks pregnant. Felt a bit yuck at the beginning but feel great now. Have cramping pains, almost like a period.

Hi, your post made me smile. Some women are just lucky and don't get all the nasty symptom so enjoy it. But if you get strong cramping pain and/or bleeding, get yourself down to A&E.
I'm 10 weeks myself and so far not too bad compared to others, had the same feeling as you on some days, wondering if it was real actually... So enjoy it and good luck x x x
I thought the same thing, I'm 7wks just moving into eighth week , and was talking to my partner about how I felt quite good a few touch and go moment s where the cramping was a bit over the top N sudden but all ok now enjoying some fruit salad...cravings for kiwis...
Thanks for the advice. No bleeding just cramps every now and again. Really sore breasts though, and weeing a lot, apart from that I'm good. Let's hope it will all be ok. X
