Tissue like discharge

About 5 weeks ago I exchanged pill for a spiral. 4 weeks ago I had a week log dark brown spotting. That was before I along with some blood noted tissue like clump after I took a shower. Spotting continued for 2-3 days. Few days back it started again but no longer brownish. Today similar but much small tissue like thing fell out. Any idea what it could be and should I be worried?

Just to add year ago I had laparoscopy to remove endometriosis cysts from ovaries. I was put on pill to avoid cysts coming back. Since then i have gained 20 Kgs and on a regular day i look like 7 month pregnant. I am physically active..

Im no Dr but looks like it could be your uterus lining and a cyst or part of a cyst. Show your drs the pic. Hope your ok x

Agree it looks like uterine lining coming out whole. Look at the term "decidual cast" as see if it fits the bill. Can happen with contraception change. Worth speaking to your gp if you think there was a chance you might have been pregnant.

You should speak to GP and show them the picture. I’m sure you’re fine but that should be checked .

Were you pregnant when this happened? I had the same this morning and I am 12 weeks pregnant.
