Hi all I just want so advice ... I have been using a app called Flo to track my period and mood. I just wanted to know how accurate are those app on tracking your period, cause it's showing that I am 3 days late.

Mine was never accurate ( I used a different app) but my periods have never been exactly the same timing each month so it made sense. I waited a week after a missed period to do a test to be sure. If you want to know, take a test but if it’s not clear, you might want/need to take one again in a few days. Good luck and fingers crossed for you

I used flo and it was very accurate for me. My cycle was very regular though, so I think if you don't have a regular cycle it can be harder to track because the app can't calculate it.

If you use the vaginal discharge sexton, this can really help with seeing if it's in line with what the app says, if when it says you should be ovulating and youve got the egg white discharge then it's a sign that it's in line with you as when you're ovulating that's what you discharge will be like (apologies if you already know all that)

When I was 3 days late in the flow app I was pregnant, so it might be worth you doing a test x

I am 4 days late today , I did a test last night It said I'm 2-3 weeks pregnant.... 🙂

Congratulations!!! I was about to say Flo told me I was 3 days late, did a test and I was pregnant. So worked well for me.
