Its is rash or boils

Hello my about 19weeks son has something like a rash on his left palm.. It's itching him n the palm is visible reddish... Pls what may be the cause n cure? Thanks

Best to take him to the doctor for a check up. They need to see the area that’s effected to make a proper assessment and provide any advice or medication for treatment
