If you really can't keep anything even fluids down then you should seek medical help as you might need IV fluids

With my 2nd pregnancy i had all day sickness all the way through. Most things didn't work, ginger tea helped a little. It didn't affect my baby at all he was almost 9lb when he was born. Hang in there hun all will be fine. When i got out of hospital i had the best tasting Chinese takeaway ever!!! X

Yes. Mine started at 6 weeks exactly. I'm 17 weeks now and it let up a bit around week 15/16. Now I can do things again I had had to stop, like work, driving, travel. I can sort of enjoy eating again now although I hate hate hate chocolate and sweet stuff and garlic still. All my tastes and sense of smell changed. They are better now - the absolute worst weeks for me were week 6-10 and after that it got really gradually better each week. At worst I was being sick 4-5 times each day. Smells would normally cause the vomiting or motion sickness. Even last Friday morning I was sick half way through my breakfast but forced myself to go into work.

Advice for you would be to go to the doctor. Getting signed off for a bit can help ease pressure on you. I was prescribed some tablets. They didnt help me much but everyone is different and they might help you. Also found sleeping and napping as much as I could passed the timea away as well as light exercise, strangely. I started to go for an hour walk each day and found it really helped!? The nausea did come back after though.

If you really can't keep fluids or food down at all you might need a drip, as someone above suggested. Either approach your midwife or GP depending on how serious it is?

Good luck.
