do i have slapped cheek?

woke up with very itchy face yesterday (mon), looked at face and saw a rash, i am not allergic to stuff (only house dust mites), do have eczema but never on face before..it was a bit on forehead and on part of my cheeks, soon spread further up my cheeks onto one eyebrow, later spread down just under chin and partially onto neck, no change today still there and still itchy, pic not great but hopefully you can see the rash, this was yesterday am before it spread
